Kait Davis is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer with a passion for helping clients improve their fitness, health, and overall quality of life. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Kinesiology and over five years of experience working one-on-one with clients, Kait has honed her skills across a variety of fitness and rehabilitation settings.

Her diverse background includes working in physical therapy clinics, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, and personal training studios, giving her a deep understanding of how to blend functional fitness with therapeutic exercise. In addition to training individuals looking to get stronger, healthier, or lose weight, Kait has extensive experience working with clients managing chronic pain, recovering from injuries, or navigating complex conditions such as arthritis, spinal herniations, and neurological impairments.

Beyond her professional expertise, Kait is motivated by her own fitness journey, which has shaped her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel strong and capable in their bodies. She is passionate about showing her clients how movement can improve not only their physical health but also their mental well-being and longevity.
