Julia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. As a former lacrosse and field hockey player, she has always had a passion for fitness and athletic performance. Julia has experience as a sports performance coach for high school and college athletes, helping them enhance their strength, speed, and agility. She also worked in the University of South Carolina Sports Science Lab, where she learned to apply a scientific approach to creating training programs based on data and research.
Julia takes a holistic approach to fitness, believing that progress comes from strengthening both the body and the mind. She specializes in creating personalized programs that not only improve physical performance but also focus on building mental resilience and motivation. Julia is committed to providing a positive and supportive training environment where clients feel confident and empowered.
