I’m Pete Kupprion, the proud owner of KOOP Strength & Wellness.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I was passionate about athletics and keeping fit, which convinced me to study Exercise Science in college. Once I graduated, I started to train clients within my neighborhood, which was rewarding.

However, I always aspired to open a studio where I could render attention to detail while training clients in maximum comfort, and privacy. So, I took on a business partner who helped to raise the capital to achieve my dream.

Subsequently, as time passed by, I realized that I needed to be more in control to implement my model. So, in 2017, I decided to buy my business partner out and re-brand the studio as “KOOP Strength & Wellness.”

KOOP is an acronym for Kinetics Optimized to Out-Perform and my childhood nickname, derived from my surname, Kupprion. The name change has given me a greater sense of pride and the inspiration to take on any challenge.

Therefore, with the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic this year and the need to socially distance, I transformed the facility into four completely private training pods. It’s enabled me to continue delivering my unique methodology in a professional setting.

Consequently, I’m consistent in my approach, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my integrity, as I make it a point to deliver on my promises. I also attribute my success to my friendly nature, as I treat clients with respect and make sure that I’m punctual to sessions.

My mission in each session is to relieve stress on the body by strengthening the muscles that improve posture and provide joint stability. I also stretch the muscles and fascial chains to increase the range of motion and slow down the aging process.

Whether I’m doing corrective exercise to alleviate pain and improve function or coaching someone to build muscle and lose body fat, it’s all about the results. So, when I can use my twenty-five years of expertise to positively impact lives, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not putting clients through their paces, I spend quality time with my wife and thirteen-year-old son. I also love to cycle on the weekend with a group of five friends that get together whenever the weather permits to ride twenty-five to fifty miles at a clip.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a SOMA trainer in NYC, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.koopstrength.com.

Sincerely,

Pete
